Edward J. Dietzler, Acting President.

Edward Dietzler joined the Bank in September 2009 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. In 2011, Ed served as the bank’s Chief Operating Officer .He is a veteran banking executive of 25 years who most recently was the Managing Director at Bear Stearns Bank and Trust in Princeton, NJ. While at Bear Stearns he was responsible for all aspects of banking and mortgage operations. Previously, he spent 5 years with Yardville National Bank as First Senior Vice President of Capital Markets, where he oversaw all aspects of balance sheet and capital management. Prior to that, Mr. Dietzler was with GMAC Mortgage as the Director of Risk Management and was responsible for derivative trading and balance sheet management. Mr. Dietzler is a graduate of Widener University where he earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Dietzler has been active in a number of community, charitable and educational organizations in the local area.

Douglas Conover, Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer

Doug Conover joined the Bank in September 2009 as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. He is a 34 year veteran banking executive who most recently led the commercial lending department at a $250 million dollar community bank in Union County. Doug managed a team of lenders that successfully grew the loan department in excess of $160 million. Previously he directed lending teams at Sovereign Bank, NatWest Bank and First Washington State Bank. Mr. Conover is a graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BS in Economics. During his banking career he has served on various boards including the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, March of Dimes and the Rock Brook School Foundation.

Michael J. Sanwald, CPA, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sanwald has over 25 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, principally in the financial services industry. Before joining the Bank in April 2011, Mr. Sanwald provided consulting services to various clients in the financial services industry in his role as Managing Director at Mirror Lake Partners, LLC from 2009 through 2010. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. and the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Bear Stearns’ commercial bank, Bear Stearns Bank and Trust (aka Custodial Trust Services, Inc.), from 2006 through 2008 where he was responsible for all aspects of transitioning Bear Stearns’ mortgage banking operations from the affiliate’s fixed income business unit to the Bank as well as other new business initiatives. Mr. Sanwald also served as Vice President and Controller of GMAC Bank, the precursor to Ally Bank, from 2000 through 2006 where he was responsible for all financial operations. Mr. Sanwald also held a number of other peer positions during his nine years at GMAC Residential Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates. Prior to that, Mr. Sanwald spent four years as the senior financial officer for Canon Financial Services, Inc., the small-ticket leasing subsidiary of Canon U.S.A. Before that, Mr. Sanwald served as the Vice President and Controller of Hansen Savings Bank, FSB. Prior to that, Mr. Sanwald spent three years at a large public accounting firm in Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Sanwald holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Barbara A. Cromwell, Senior Vice President, Director of Market Development

Barbara A. Cromwell joined The Bank of Princeton in February 2007as Senior Vice President and currently serves as the Director of Market Development. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Ms. Cromwell previously was a Senior Vice President for Yardville National Bank where since 1998 she successfully managed sales teams and developed new primary markets for the bank. Under Barbara’s leadership the Hunterdon Market grew to over 360 million in deposits in three years, with seven branch locations. Prior to Yardville, Barbara spent 8 years at Summit Bank as a Vice President in the Princeton Market. While at Summit, she served on the Board of The Borough Merchants for Princeton as Treasurer and participated as an active member in the Princeton Chamber of Commerce. More recently she has co-chaired the Hopewell Harvest Fair. Barbara currently is a board member of the Hopewell Valley Education Foundation, Corner House Foundation, and The Arc of Hunterdon County. She is an active member of the Pennington Business and Professional Association. She participates on several committees within the organization and has served on the Board as Treasurer. Throughout her banking career, Barbara remained active in the community and continues to support various business and charitable organizations in both Mercer and Hunterdon Counties.

Nina D. Melker, Senior Vice President, Hamilton Community Bank Executive

Nina joined the Bank in March 2007 as Senior Vice President. She comes from a twenty three year stay at Yardville National Bank where she was the First Senior Vice President in charge of Community Banking. As head of Community Banking, Nina maintained a strong presence in her community while building  a multi-million dollar lending portfolio consisting of small business loans. She serves on many boards including the Hamilton Area YMCA, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton Foundation, The Foundation of St. Lawrence Rehabilitation, and the Mercer County Community College Foundation. The community has recognized her as the Business Person of the Year from Nottingham High School Future Business Leaders of America, the Volunteer of the Year for Mercer County American Heart Association, and awarded her the Community Compassion Award by Contact of Mercer County.

Kris Muse, Senior Vice President, Healthcare Lender

Kris Muse joined the Bank of Princeton in March 2007 as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer. Kris has been a community Banker for more than 22 years primarily serving the Burlington, Camden and Mercer County areas. Prior to The Bank of Princeton, Kris worked for Commerce Bank N.A for 13 years and was responsible for small business relationships and most recently working with the Healthcare Group. Kris has taken her healthcare expertise and currently leads the healthcare initiative at The Bank of Princeton. Kris maintains a community presence as a member and Board Member of the Princeton Rotary and Board member of the YWCA Trenton. She also remains active in those events supporting the Healthcare industry.

Stephanie Adkins, Senior Vice President, Princeton Community Bank Executive

Stephanie Adkins joined The Bank of Princeton in February 2009 as Vice President, Commercial Lender as a veteran with thirty years of banking experience. Soon after, she moved into a market manager’s role as the Community Bank Executive of the Chambers Street branch. She is formerly of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, where she was also a Vice President, Commercial Lender. Ms. Adkins is a graduate of Douglass College at Rutgers University, where she earned a BA in Economics. She is actively involved in numerous community organizations, including Anderson House and Princeton Merchants Association.

Karen D. Pfeifer, Vice President, Director of Operations & Compliance

Karen joined the Bank in December 2007 as Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer. A career banker with over twenty-four years of bank operations experience, Karen assumed Operations duties in December 2009 and continues to serve as Compliance Officer for the bank. She began her career in bank operations with United Jersey Bank in Hackensack and then spent 10 years with Nat West Bank in South Plainfield. She has also worked for Fleet Bank and Summit Bank, managing large deposit operations departments at both banks. Karen also spent 2 years as a Project Manager in the Operations department at First Morris Bank and Trust.
