Biographies - Officers
Martin P. Melilli joined the Bank in August 2008 as President. He is a veteran banking executive of 19 years who most recently led the commercial lending department of Synergy Bank in Cranford. While at Synergy he established and successfully grew this department to include a sound, diverse and profitable loan portfolio which measured well in excess of $100 million. Previously he spent more than 14 years with Summit Bank and its successor banks in various positions including the oversight of a network of branches. Mr. Melilli is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he earned a BS in Finance. He is actively involved in the UCEDC, a not for profit state-wide organization that mentors and helps finance small businesses. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Loan and Asset Management Committee. In addition Mr. Melilli is a Board Member of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Lewis Foulke, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Lewis Foulke has been employed in the banking industry for 18 years. He has held previous roles as an internal auditor and LAN Administrator, financial analyst, Vice President of Finance and most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for First Washington State Bank, a 25 branch $400 million dollar community bank located in Mercer, Monmouth, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey.

Lauren Dezzi, Senior Vice President, Director of Retail Banking
Lauren joined The Bank of Princeton in December 2007 as Vice President, Director of Retail Sales.
She comes to The Bank of Princeton after 9 years with Commerce Bank where she served as Vice President, Retail Market Manager, managing 11 branches in Ocean and Monmouth counties. Prior to her promotion to Retail Market Manager, Lauren was the Senior Branch Manager for the Manchester branch of Commerce Bank for 4 years. There she maintained a strong presence in her community and has belonged to different organizations such as the Lakehurst Business Owners’ Association and the Manchester Lion’s Club.
Prior to her entrance into the banking industry, Lauren had 15 years of retail management experience where she worked for The Gap Inc and Pier One Imports.

Rebecca Dittrich, Vice President, Director of Operations
Rebecca Dittrich joined the Bank in June 2007, coming from First Morris Bank and Trust as Vice President of Operations. She has over twenty five years of experience directing bank operations. Prior to working at First Morris, she worked at Online Bank Services, where she was also the Operations Director. She has lived in the area for over twenty seven years.

Barbara A. Cromwell, Senior Vice President, Pennington Branch Manager
Barbara joined the Bank in February 2007 as Senior Vice President and Retail Manager. She comes from Yardville National Bank, where since 1998 she has served as Retail Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Branch Manager/Vice President; Regional Retail Manager/Vice President/Senior Vice President; and Market Development and Community Relations Officer/Senior Vice President. Barbara is a Board Member of Hopewell Valley Education Foundation and Pennington Business and Professional Assoc., and a member of Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce, Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, and supports various charitable organizations.

Noemi Bergery, Vice President, Princeton Branch Manager
Noemi joined The Bank of Princeton in July 2008 as Vice President, Branch Manager to oversee our main headquarters branch at 183 Bayard Lane and our 21 Chambers Street branch both located in Princeton, NJ. She brings 15 years of banking experience to The Bank of Princeton. Noemi previously worked at Commerce Bank for 4 years. In her career at Commerce Bank Noemi managed a branch with over $300 million in deposits and a team of 35 employees. She was later promoted to Market Program Manager for the Shore region. In this role, Noemi developed business in the Ocean and Monmouth county market area that was specifically geared towards the not-for-profit and middle market sector.
With Noemi’s influence in her prior market area and as a previous board member of the Ocean County Chamber of Commerce, Noemi continues to maintain strong associations with the business relationships that she has acquired throughout her career.
Noemi continues to serve on the advisory board for the Ocean County Salvation Army. She also is a member of the Princeton borough of merchants and a member of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to Commerce Bank Noemi worked at Sovereign Bank for 6 years as a Senior Branch Manager and at Summit Bank for 5 years.

Tom Lanigan, Vice President, Hamilton Branch Manager
Tom joined The Bank of Princeton in August 2008 as Vice President, Hamilton Branch Manager. He has 30 years of banking experience joining us from Wachovia Bank. Tom has worked in small business banking, managed the branches at regional and community banks, after starting his career as an auditor. He has served with the United Way of Mercer County, his local planning board and Notre Dame High School’s Development Council. Tom is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and holds various insurance and securities licenses.

Kris Muse, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender
Kris joined the Bank in March 2007 as Senior Vice President. She comes to The Bank of Princeton after 13 years with Commerce Bank where she served as a Vice President in the Burlington, Camden and Mercer Counties. Ms. Muse specialized in the lending to the Healthcare and Not for Profit industries. She serves as a Board member for the Drenk Behavior Health Center and also serves on their finance committee. Kris maintains her community presence as an instructor for the Entrepreneurial Training Institute of the NJEDA where she trains individuals how to build and grow small businesses in New Jersey.

Nina Melker, Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender
Nina joined the Bank in March 2007 as Senior Vice President. She
comes from a twenty-three year stay at Yardville National Bank where
she was the First Senior Vice President in charge of Community Banking.
As head of Community Banking, Nina maintained a strong presence in
her community, diversifying her time between collecting contributions,
sponsorships, and donations for her bank, personally serving on many
boards and committees, and building a multi-million dollar lending
portfolio consisting of small business loans. In addition she has
served as the Business and Education Chair for the Mercer County
Workforce Investment Board, and board member of Boys & Girls
Club of Trenton, Mercer. She is Treasurer for the Friendly Sons and
Daughters of Saint Patrick and the Chair of the East Windsor chapter
of the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. The community has rewarded
her as the Business Person of the Year from the Nottingham High School
Future Business Leaders of America; the Volunteer of the Year for
Mercer County American Heart Association and the Community Compassion
Award by Contact of Mercer County.

Herbert Schneider, Senior Vice President, Senior Lending Officer
Herb Schneider has been in the banking industry for over 30 years, most recently serving as President and CEO of First Washington State Bank for 17 years. The bank was sold to Fulton Financial Corporation having achieved $500MM in total assets. He was previously employed with New Jersey National Bank and Bank of Mid-Jersey. Mr. Schneider has taught micro and macro economics; been an account executive with Prudential Securities; and served as a local committeeperson and Mayor. Herb has a BA degree in Economics from Pfeiffer University and an MBA degree in Investment Analysis from The American University. He has completed three year programs at the Stonier School of Banking at Rutgers University and the National School of Real Estate Finance at Ohio State University.
