I had great clarity in my decision to open my Title Company. In my 25 years of industry experience, I was always most inspired by the sense of happiness and success found by assisting clients through their real estate transactions.

I find great pleasure in establishing new relationships, offering guidance, and see each transaction as an opportunity and challenge. I have always loved being able to help my clients fulfill their dreams of home ownership. That was the driving and motivating force in my decision to open the Emerald Title Agency. I thrive to make my clients' experience both personal and positive. I feel such a thrill every time I can hand keys to a new homeowner.

One of the first questions my clients ask is about the name. I chose Emerald because it is the birth stone of May. I opened Emerald Title Agency on May 15, 2005. I opened my title company only 30 days after my decision to open the business. I was driving home from a closing and decided I wanted to open my own company. That evening I finalized my business plan, set my mind to it, and then executed the necessary steps and just did it!

It was one of the best decisions of my life. As a business owner, the past five years have had fulfilling and positive experiences, and I look forward to seeing what the future holds.
